The Trail Half Marathon, 

This race is designed to challenge and inspire trail runners of all levels, as you navigate through some of the most beautiful and rugged terrain in the region.

The course is designed to test your endurance and agility, with a mix of challenging ascents and exhilarating descents that will keep you on your toes.

Whether you're a seasoned trail runner or a newcomer to the sport, this race promises to be an unforgettable experience.

• Veteran 40 Male & Female (V40): 40 years of age and no more than 49 on the day of competition.
• Veteran 50 Male & Female (V50): 50 years of age and no more than 59 on the day of competition.
• Veteran 60 Male & Female (V60): 60 years + of age on the day of competition.
• Veteran 70 Male & Female (V70): 70 years + of age on the day of competition.
• Last 3 over the line

IMPORTANT

It is going to be another hot day on event day, in line with our risk assessment/insurance requirements you WILL be required to carry a minimum of 200ml of water with you (that's not a lot and really you should be carrying more!)

This may seem a little harsh, if you don't have this small amount of water with you on the start line, we will have to remove you from the event!

There are 3 water stops on the 10-Mile and 1 on the 3-Mile where you can grab additional water and or top up what you will be carrying...
