Thank you so much, Sue. We really appreciate the honest feedback, and yes, we completely agree regarding the medals. New medals have already been ordered for next year and we’ll be revealing those very soon. With the empty bus places, we feel exactly the same. It’s always sad to see places go unused, especially when demand for the event is so high. We do already offer deferrals, and every year a few people do take that option, but unfortunately there are still always some places that don’t make it to the start line.
